Our cuisine is inspired by the Southern Italian and Mediterranean Sea regions, with a focus on house-made pastas, seafood, and game proteins.

Meet our Chef
Chef Russell Middleton was born and raised in Antelope, CA; a suburb of Sacramento and started his love for food at a very young age. As a child he noticed that parties and holidays brought everyone together as they dined over food. The food was the hub of the conversation and the product of the hard work of the people in the kitchen. For Chef Russell, food can be a very intimate experience that can make you relive a core memory, or even create a new one, and being able to do that for someone is one of his greatest experiences.
Chef Russell started off his culinary career as a dishwasher in Sacramento and worked his way up the ranks of the kitchen brigade, with stops in Los Angeles, where he worked for and learned tremendous amounts from respected chefs. If he’s not in the kitchen cooking, you can catch him on the softball field with his daughter Melanie.
